Delivery/Returns
DELIVERY £1.95 per total order.Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class. If there is no one at home the postman will leave a card with an identifying number for you to collect your item at your local sorting office. You can contact us with an alternative or work address if this will be easier for you. Please do not leave messages on PayPal as we don't always see them.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. NOTE we are in the hands of Royal Mail after items are posted and their delivery rules apply.
DISPATCH Each listing states that the item is either -
in stock for immediate dispatch or will take 7 to 10 working days for delivery if we have to order it for you.
RETURNS
We want to make returning items as simple as possible but as a business we must have a few conditions.
When purchasing online you have the legal right to cancel your order at any point between placing your order and 7 working days from the day after delivery. Please notify Stardust Tiaras by e-mail if you wish to cancel your order info@stardust-tiaras.co.uk It would be useful if you would give the reason for cancellation.
When we dispatch items we use bubble wrap or boxes to protect them during transit. We would ask that you take similar care when returning items to us. It would help if you include your invoice with any returned items so we can identify you.

Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods throughout the period of cancellation, and when returning them to take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that they are not damaged in transit.
We will refund you by the same method you paid.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact Stardust Tiaras by email as soon as possible after receipt. We will email you instructions on how to return the goods. Please NOTE we will require the outer packaging as part of our insurance claim if the goods were damaged in transit.
