When will I receive my order?
In stock items are usually posted the same day and delivery takes 2 or 3 working days. For all other items, please allow 7 to 10 working days for dispatch. Dispatch time will be stated on the product details if not immediately available.
How long does it take for out of stock items to be available?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks, some times only a few days, please contact us for further information.
Can I order and pay over the telephone?

Can I return an item if it is not happy with my choice?
Yes, we know that it is difficult to order from a photograph so you may return your items. Simply follow the instructions in our returns policy.
